Accountability Litigation Mentoring Program

  • The National Immigration Project (NIPNLG) and the National Police Accountability Project (NPAP) of the National Lawyers Guild share a common goal of combating law enforcement misconduct. We are pleased to collaborate on a joint matching program for current members interested in litigating damages actions to redress immigration-related misconduct by state and federal officers and entities. Under the Accountability Litigation Mentoring Program, National Immigration Project attorneys are matched with an experienced accountability litigation attorney from NIPNLG and NPAP based on whether they wish to refer the case entirely, co-counsel the case, or simply have an attorney mentor.

Sponsor-Level Members ($1,000, $500, or $300) are entitled to the following:

  • One free listing for 12 months on the National Immigration Project’s online directory
  • For $1,000 and $500 level members/sponsors, you may also extend technical assistance and listserv privileges to your coworkers.
